Behind Kids Concept is no algorithm or anonymous booking portal – but an empathetic team that carries out its profession with conviction and care.
Tobias Dreilich took over Kids Concept in 2009 and continues to lead the agency today as an owner-managed and pedagogically sound business. For over two decades, he has been placing qualified childcare professionals with families in the greater Munich area – with the goal of finding not just any solution, but the right one.
As a trained childcare provider and special education caregiver with many years of experience as an independent childcare assistant, I have been successfully and passionately leading the Kids Concept agency for over 16 years – specializing in the high-end placement of nannies and childcare providers in Munich.
My standard for ourselves and my team: We always want to be 100% certain that you are placing your children in competent, experienced, and empathetic hands.
Selecting the right childcare, both professionally and personally, is the foundation of our work to ensure your children’s well-being.

Every candidate is vetted for professional, pedagogical, and personal suitability in a face-to-face interview – not a video call or a phone conversation.
