In our questionnaire, you can tell us what makes your family special and what your wishes are. This way, we find the nanny who is a loving fit for you and your child.
Kids Concept has a large selection of professional nannies, childcare providers, educators, and babysitters in the greater Munich area. Personally known, verified through interviews, and with appropriate references. And should we not have the right caregiver for you, we will search on your behalf.
Processing Fees
Kids Concept charges a processing fee of €250.00 (incl. VAT). This is a one-time fee. It includes consultation and the introduction of one to five caregivers. This processing fee is not charged in addition to the placement fee if a placement is successful and a childcare contract is established. If no placement is made, only the processing fee will be charged. This is a one-time fee.
How much does childcare cost?
A blanket answer is not possible, as with many individual services. The following factors play a key role in pricing:
- What is the hourly wage?
- What services are desired?
- How much time is required?
- Are additional qualifications desired?
- How many children are to be cared for?
- What requirements are placed on the caregiver?
Placement Fees
A placement fee is charged for successful placement. The amount depends on the desired service. This is a one-time fee. You can adjust the cost of your childcare to your needs and requirements. A full-time nanny is of course the best solution, as she also relieves you of household tasks and your child is cared for even in case of illness. You negotiate the salary directly with your employed caregiver. Typical benchmarks for gross employee wages, depending on location, are: €22.00 – €30.00 per hour.
Free Re-Placement
Kids Concept offers a free replacement placement within 6 months of contract conclusion for all part-time and full-time placements if the original caregiver is unavailable, for example due to extended illness. The hourly rate for childcare is to be agreed upon with the caregiver. In the request form, we offer you the option to determine this yourself.
