What costs are incurred for the placement of Kids Concept nannies, childcare providers, and educators in Munich?

Kids Concept is a specialized agency for the recruitment, selection, and placement of professional childcare and nannies. Therefore, we only charge fees for processing your inquiry and for placement.
Please note that statutory social security contributions of approx. 23% will be added for you as an employer.
Of course, we are happy to assist you with drafting employment contracts, etc. However, the hourly wage for childcare is to be agreed upon directly with the caregiver of your choice.

Processing Fees
This one-time fee of €250.00 (incl. VAT) is always incurred when you commission us for a placement.
Of course, you can change your mind within 14 days and exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. After this period, you will receive the first proposals from us. The processing fee will be offset against the placement fee upon successful placement.

In urgent cases, however, you can waive the right of withdrawal and pay the processing fee to us as an advance transfer.

Placement Fee
Have you found the right childcare through Kids Concept? Perfect! In this pleasing event, a one-time placement fee (incl. VAT) is incurred. The amount of this fee depends on the type of childcare.
In addition to this placement fee, Kids Concept charges a processing fee of €250.00 (incl. VAT). This processing fee will not be charged in addition to the placement fee upon successful placement and conclusion of a childcare contract.
Please note:
If no placement is made, only the processing fee will be charged. This is a one-time fee.
Free Re-Placement
Kids Concept offers a free re-placement for all part-time and full-time placements within 3 months of contract conclusion if the original caregiver is unavailable, e.g., due to a prolonged illness.
The hourly wage for childcare is to be agreed upon with the caregiver.
Here, Kids Concept offers the client the option to determine this themselves in the order form.

Costs for childcare, as well as our processing and placement fees, can be claimed as special expenses in your annual tax return with the tax office, up to a maximum of €4,000 per year, you can deduct 2/3 of the costs.
