Childcare is not all the same. Depending on your life situation, the age of your children, and the scope of support needed, different models may be appropriate. At Kids Concept, we focus on forms of private childcare that are designed for the long term and integrate stably into family life. At the center is care in your own home—individual, reliable, and tailored to each family.
What types of care does Kids Concept offer?
Our care models include the classic nanny, the maternity nurse for the first weeks with a newborn, the family manager with a stronger focus on organization, as well as other specialized forms such as the granny nanny or the private educator.
Which of these options makes sense in each case depends heavily on individual requirements.
What all models share is a common understanding of quality: childcare is not a short-term solution, but part of daily life. Accordingly, continuity, reliability, and clear structure are essential.
For this reason, we generally place caregivers starting at a minimum of 20 hours per week. Below this threshold, many of the mentioned advantages—particularly a stable relationship and a well-established routine—are difficult to achieve. For occasional or highly flexible care situations, other models such as traditional babysitting are better suited. However, we do not provide those placements.
