What is important to our nanny agency regarding childcare

Our Kids Concept Credo

Not every form of childcare is suitable for every family. And not every family fits our approach. This may sound obvious, but it is crucial for a long-term, successful partnership.

How to recognize high-quality childcare

Clear and reliable care hours

A consistent reference person for the child

Care that is oriented toward the family’s daily routine

Open communication between family and nanny

A partnership designed for the long term

Reliable cooperation for long-term solutions

At Kids Concept, we generally place nannies for a minimum of 20 hours of care per week. Our focus is on reliable, continuous childcare rather than short-term or irregular assignments. Other models are better suited for individual evenings or flexible babysitting solutions. Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure which type of care is right for you.

At the same time, we work with families in a wide variety of life situations. This includes constellations in which children have special needs, whether due to health restrictions, developmental delays, or an increased need for care. Openness and clear communication in advance are particularly important here.

What defines a collaboration for us

Our goal is always a solution that is sustainable in the long term. For the family as well as for the nanny, and thus for the overall quality of childcare.

Our Promise

We do not make unrealistic promises. We tell you honestly what is possible, what is realistic – and what is not.

If it does not work out, we will provide a new placement free of charge within three months of the contract being signed.
