Kids Concept places only qualified caregivers with verifiable references. Each candidate is individually and carefully selected and assessed by us in a personal interview for professional and pedagogical competencies – always with special attention to warmth.
We do not offer anonymous placement. We offer personal accountability.

Individual requirements are taken into account— languages, musical skills, a driver’s license, household skills, or high-profile experience. You define the desired salary. We find the right placement within this framework.
Sustainable placements.
Our focus is on long-term placements from 20 hours per week. Stability is more important for children than short-term availability. If it still does not work out, we offer a free replacement placement within three months.

No hidden costs. No inflated commission models. We advise openly—with the goal of a fair, sustainable solution for both sides.

Every caregiver is professionally assessed, personally interviewed, and only added to our network with proven suitability.
Requirements include:
Professional qualifications
- Completed childcare/education training (e.g., educator, childcare worker) or proven several years of experience in professional childcare
- Knowledge of early childhood development
- Personal interview with our educators (we have NO online/video interviews)
Practical experience
- Several years of childcare experience (written references required)
- Experience with different age groups (baby, toddler, school-age child)
- Ability to work independently in the family household
Formal requirements
- Impeccable enhanced police clearance certificate
- Valid work and residence permit
- Legal age
- CV with a complete, gap-free history
- Police clearance certificate
Personal competencies
- Reliability and sense of responsibility

- Well-groomed appearance
