                  The table is a sug\u00adges\u00adti\u00adon for working hours and is not set in stone; it can be dis\u00adcus\u00adsed and par\u00adti\u00adal\u00adly rede\u00adfi\u00adned with the appli\u00adcant.<\/p>\n

                  During vaca\u00adti\u00adons (approx. 6 weeks per year in total), the fami\u00adly will gene\u00adral\u00adly not requi\u00adre sup\u00adport. It would be ide\u00adal if part of the vaca\u00adti\u00adon over\u00adlaps with the future nan\u00adny\u2019s time off. The fami\u00adly typi\u00adcal\u00adly takes two weeks off around Christ\u00admas, as well as fur\u00adther vaca\u00adti\u00adons in the sum\u00admer and around Eas\u00adter and\/or Pen\u00adte\u00adcost. Other\u00adwi\u00adse, it would be gre\u00adat if a few unsche\u00addu\u00adled hours could be made up (simi\u00adlar to a fle\u00adxi\u00adti\u00adme account). <\/p>\n

                  In gene\u00adral, it would be nice for the fami\u00adly if the per\u00adson brings a cer\u00adtain degree of fle\u00adxi\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty, as they would like to see how ever\u00ady\u00adthing sett\u00adles in with the new baby, and it may also hap\u00adpen that the son can\u00adnot attend day\u00adca\u00adre on indi\u00advi\u00addu\u00adal unsche\u00addu\u00adled days (again, the key\u00adword \u201cfle\u00adxi\u00adti\u00adme account\u201d).<\/p>\n
